Corporate Social Responsibility 

So many groups and organisations these days need help with the web, so it's not been too difficult over the years to exercise a little 'CSR' in our sphere of web work and contribute back into the community locally and further afield.

All the following organisations are making a real difference to the lives of others. Joomla! is ideal for collaborative groups such as charities and we supply/support for free or at reduced rates Joomla! sites to the following exciting projects:

So, here's our 'other portfolio'...  

• www.mapaction.org - making disaster and relief maps around the world. Currently they are doing this for Burma(flooding) and in China (earthquake).
• www.wellspring.or.ug - helping to tranform life on several fronts in Uganda and wider in East Africa.
• www.bathcitychurch.org.uk - our local church.
• www.harvestchurch.org.uk - a church in NW London.
• www.wenetwork.co.uk - a regional initiative to network Christian groups bringing positive change in areas of community need in the Bristol/Bath community. (due to go live in July)  
• www.paintforpoverty.com - a novel project to raise funds for Children's homes in Romania. Brain child of a local business and www.robinhoodministries.org (who told us we should have a CSR page by the way!)
• www.lunchforum.co.uk - central Bath ministry to city centre work places.

• www.genesistrust.org.uk - working with the 'less well off' in Bath with numerous projects.
• www.mercyinaction.org.uk - children's homes in Phillippines. We supply email facilities.

Givers Always gain... 

As always when you give, you invariably end up being enriched back - usually in quite unexpected ways. All the above have been an inspiration to us; and also, as we've sought to meet their requirements which tend to be very 'people based', we've learn't much about how to use the technology to better effect ...skills and features which have then become useful to our commercial clients!
